The Start of a New Journey...Again!

Left Boise on Monday with a mixture of anger and relief followed up by sadness! The anger and relief was due to work crap and then me leaving the work crap. The sadness was due to having to tell everyone goodbye...especially my best friends! :( I have to remind myself though that this isn't goodbye, this is a "see you later!"

So, day 2 has come and gone at my parents home in Washington and I'm now playing the waiting game on my visa application which I feel like is taking FOREVER! It doesn't help that our lawyer lost our paperwork for over a week, and apparently as of today, it still hasn't been submitted! I thought I would be able to relax after leaving work, but this whole ordeal has just been an addition to the whole thing. Eventually I will be able to relax and breath! If everything was going the way it was supposed to go, I would be leaving here on the 20th of November, but I don't know if that's the case anymore! The waiting is killing me though! It's torturous to consistently feel like half of you is missing! I'm just so lonely without him!

It's soo weird to look back at the last year and a half! I mean, just how much things have changed! I couldn't be more grateful for the changes and opportunities I have been given. I was so afraid after my divorce that life would cease or that I would be that coined "old spinster with 20 cats" or something. Life has turned out so much better than expected and so much more amazing than I deserve! I'm grateful to the Brit for being the fantastic encouraging and devoted man he is!

So what now? Blogging a little more to pass the time (hopefully it will be fascinating enough for you all to read!) and praying for time to move QUICKLY!! Here's to amazing adventures to come!

Live, Laugh, Love.

Thanks for the update!! When you mentioned on fb that you were waiting on a Visa, I wasn't sure if it was a Visa for you or for him. But I get it now. Crazy to think you're moving to a different country!!! I will be praying for your visa!!

Dream Dream Dream...

"Whenever I want you all I have to do is dream..." Funny the things dreams are made of. Interesting how the mind wanders, vents, releases, explores the inner depths of the mind and inner dwindling desires. For me, It seems to be 1 of 2 different outlets for me: first being Anger and pain, second being desire and longing. Both produce the same results: loneliness. Now don't go thinking that I'm all depressed and need an intervention (although maybe sometimes I do!), it's just that sometimes life knocks you hard in the butt and its difficult to keep up with the constant marathon race. Maybe my reaction isn't the best method of dealing, but I can't seem to help the constant exhaustion no matter how hard I try! I am just ready to hit that next chapter of my life you know? So, let me explain the anger dreams...I don't know why they are coming back, but it has to do with the skank that my ex cheated on me and left me for. I think a lot of the tension i...

"The Lead of Love"...

"Looking back at the road so far The journey's left it's share of scars. Mostly from leaving the narrow and straight. Looking back it is clear to me, that a man is more than the sum of his deeds, And how you make good of this mess I've made is a profound mystery. Looking back you know you had to bring me through all that I was so afraid of though I questioned the sky now I see why...Had to walk the rocks to see the mountain view looking back I see the lead of love Looking back I can finally see how failures bring humility(I'd rather have wisdom and pain) Brings me to my knees (Than be a comfortable old fool)Helps me see my need for thee..." - "The Lead of Love" from Caedmon's Call. I have really been working on putting the pieces of my life back together and I think that one of the things that have been missing in my life is my spiritual growth. It's something I've been thinking and missing for some time now and think that maybe ...

Waiting for the other shoe to drop...

So, I think I'm in one of those stages where I feel like if I'm not careful I'm going to make a mess of things...This applies to more than 1 area by the way...work, love, friends, etc. Something weird is in the air and I'm not sure what...I just feel that if I'm not careful, it going to hurt. But then again, that could be me trying to drum up some way to keep life interesting...although, it's interesting enough as is! Been talking to the Brit a LOT like everyday since Cancun! He's coming to visit me in March...which I'm looking forward to a lot, but at the same time it makes me nervous! I haven't found anything wrong with him yet...in fact, at this point he's perfect!...The problem isn't soo much him...but the parents...I KNOW its sad I'm saying this...I'm only 3 years to my 30's and I'm worried about getting my parents "permission" like I'm a little kid...But I'm seeing that they may have an age issue...So h...
